I previously disputed this account because it does not belong to me, yet the company re-inserted the collection on my credit file. Furthermore, when I contacted the collection agency to request debt validation and documentation, their representative became highly hostile, shouting and refusing to cooperate or pull the records directly from the property management. They are currently reporting an invalid debt that violates the terms of a mutually signed release contract, causing severe and unfair damage to my credit score. This situation is causing me severe emotional distress and anxiety. I am currently continuing with my psychological therapy to heal from past trauma, and this unfair financial harassment and uncooperative behavior from the collection agency is actively taking a toll on my mental health and well-being.

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unverified collection account being reported and collected by IQ Data International , Inc. I do not recognize this alleged debt and I did not authorize or enter into any agreement related to this account. I have reason to believe this account may be the result of identity theft, inaccurate reporting, or improper collection activity. IQ Data International is currently reporting a collection account with a balance of approximately {$19000.00} on my consumer credit report ; however, the company has failed to provide any signed contract, account-level documentation, or proof that I am legally obligated for this debt. Additionally, the account is being reported with incomplete and inconsistent information across the credit reporting agencies. Since about XX/XX/XXXX I have been contacted on numerous occasions about a debt that I owe to an apartment complex I never lived in. After explaining to the apartment complex that I never lived there they seemed to understand. Since about XX/XX/XXXX I have been contacted by debt collectors that were sold my data by the apartment complex. I have had multiple conversations with the data center and have achieved nothing. I have been yelled at and called a liar. They refused to verify my information and continuously refuse to send me documents they have confirmed they possess numerous times on numerous recorded phone calls. I am told to pay my debt or get off their phone. Although my responses to their comments are not professional, I am beyond frustrated. This has now affected my credit and they continue to change the balance by few dollar amounts and its raising and lowering my credit every couple of days.

On or around XX/XX/XXXX, I received a collection notice in the mail from I.Q. Data XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding purported debt I still owed an apartment complex called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Florida. This notice came almost a year and a half after I had left the complex ( XX/XX/XXXX ). It appeared to be a scam to me since I had paid down all that was supposedly owed to the complex. I called the number to inquire what it was regarding and spoke with an account representative named XXXX XXXX. She said our call was on a recorded line and that I still owed money. I asked why I was receiving this notice so long after I left and she claimed they did not have my address. This is not true. XXXX XXXX had my forwarding address that I gave them in XX/XX/XXXX to send my deposit. I had also requested a final update of last billing which XXXX XXXX never provided.

I also filed reports on Identity Theft .org and am now filing a police report. Since then a utility account has popped up that I disputed. I called them to see what ai need to do to dispute it and why they did not notify me before adding to my report as that is illegal debt parking. They told me they cant do anything but send me a fraud packet to my current address, which they did not have and I had to give them.

I was a month-to-month residential tenant at a XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. My co-tenant submitted our move-out notice on XX/XX/XXXX through the property 's resident portal, which was the channel the property had directed residents to use for move-out notices. We moved out on XX/XX/XXXX exactly 30 days later. Under California Civil Code section 1946.1 ( b ), tenants in a month-to-month residential tenancy are only required to provide 30 days ' notice. The property 's own Final Move-Out Statement confirms " Notice Given Date : XX/XX/XXXX '' and " Move-Out Date : XX/XX/XXXX. '' Despite this, the property assessed an " insufficient notice '' fee of approximately {$4900.00}, claiming 60 days ' notice was required. They also misapplied my XX/XX/XXXX payment of {$2100.00} ( intended for rent and utilities ) to the disputed fee instead. Between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I sent four written disputes to the property. None received a response.

I am filing a formal complaint regarding a debt that is being collected by IQ XXXX XXXX, which originated from a residential lease with XXXX XXXX. This debt is being improperly and unfairly attributed solely to me, despite the lease being a multi-tenant agreement involving multiple individuals. I am disputing the validity and accuracy of the full balance being assigned to me for the following reasons : The lease included multiple tenants, and I am not solely responsible for the total debt I vacated the property and made efforts to fulfill my portion of the lease obligations Any remaining balance and alleged damages involve other tenant ( s ) and circumstances outside of my control The collection agency has refused to acknowledge or pursue other responsible parties and is attempting to collect the full amount from me alone I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with the collection agency by disputing the debt and requesting validation.

I am formally disputing an apartment-related debt being collected and reported by IQ Data XXXX XXXX because the alleged damages were pre-existing and improperly attributed to me. I moved into the apartment in XX/XX/XXXX and completed the required move-in inventory and condition form at the beginning of the tenancy. On that form, I documented multiple pre-existing issues within the unit, including flooring/carpet damage. IQ Data XXXX has now provided a copy of the move-in inspection form, and the document itself reflects handwritten notes regarding the flooring condition at move-in. During my tenancy, maintenance requests were submitted regarding the flooring issue, and management attempted repairs. The repairs were unsuccessful and the flooring problem continued afterward, demonstrating that management was aware of the condition during occupancy and that the issue was ongoing in nature rather than newly caused tenant damage.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a fraudulent rental debt that resulted from identity theft. The apartment account and related collection activity were opened and/or used without authorization using my personal information. I did not apply for, authorize, or benefit from this rental account. At the time the account was opened, I was incarcerated and could not have entered into a lease agreement or occupied the property. An FTC Identity Theft Report has already been completed regarding these fraudulent accounts. Despite this, the debt is being reported and/or collected as if it belongs to me, which is causing harm to my credit and financial standing. I am requesting that this fraudulent debt be investigated, removed from my credit reporting, and that all collection activity related to this identity theft stop immediately.

XXXX XXXX XXXX, I fell into some financial hardships and I was relying on my school checks to help pay my rent. My school check for the Summer semester was a little late making it difficult to pay my rent on time. I communicated all of this with the leasing office, in which I will provide copies of this. When I was finally able to receive the deposit from the school I went and got a Money Order and dropped it off at the office. I later returned home the next day with the money order sitting on my countertop, which was an unlawful entry because I never authorized anyone to enter. They stated that they legally could not take the money order due to their policies. I am writing to formally request debt validation for a collection account mentioned in a letter I recently received. Under my rights through the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I ask that your office provide clear proof that the debt is valid. This should include the name of the original creditor, the amount owed, a full payment record, and proof that I am responsible for this debt. I am making this request to ensure the information being reported is accurate and not the result of a mistake, fraud, or confusion. While waiting for proper validation, I ask that you pause all collection activity and reporting related to this account, as allowed by law.
