I am filing this complaint against XXXX and The Receivable Management Services LLC for systematic violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) regarding the reporting of an invalid, un-verifiable collection account ( Account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, as shown in image.png ). 1. Inaccuracy of the Underlying Debt : The original creditor, XXXX XXXX, accepted full payment for this {$130.00} balance directly from me at the time I purchased a new insurance policy. Because this payment was made directly to the original creditor, any temporary assignment or authority given to The Receivable Management Services LLC to collect or report this debt was legally revoked and terminated. 2. Violation of FCRA Section 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i ) Failure to Conduct a Reasonable Reinvestigation : I previously submitted a formal dispute regarding this trade line.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding a collection account being reported on my credit file related to an insurance balance originally owed to XXXX XXXX and now reportedly assigned to Receivables Management Services in the amount of {$170.00}. This account is being reported as an open collection. I am requesting a full review and investigation of this item, as I do not believe the current reporting is accurate or properly updated. I request that you provide validation of this debt, including documentation showing the original insurance balance, a complete account history, and proof of assignment to your agency. Additionally, I request clarification of why this account is being reported as open if it reflects an old insurance balance. Given the small balance involved and the circumstances surrounding this account, I respectfully request that you consider removing this collection from my credit reports as a goodwill adjustment.

I'm not sure why! We change our insurance company when our policy window came to an end. We were told by XXXX XXXX ; they would drop us if we didn't pay. We were looking for another company at the time to lower our rates, which started to get out of hand. When the window ( coverage expired ) we went with another company. I called XXXX XXXX and told them what we did, and it seem to be acceptable. Receiving this claim today saying we owed them, started XXXX of XXXX until today ( XX/XX/year> ), for the amount of {$840.00} doesn't really make sense. I stopped their coverage sometime last year when the window of coverage expired. If XXXX XXXX failed to process our paperwork when they knew our coverage expired and I called them and told them we were changing insurance companies, that should be on them for failing to do due diligence. Therefore, we are totally disputing this claim.

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding inaccurate, incomplete, and potentially unverified information being reported on my consumer credit file by Receivable Management Services. This collection account is currently reported as paid/closed, however the reporting furnished to consumer reporting agencies appears incomplete and does not demonstrate full data integrity or proper verification of all required account fields. The information being reported lacks sufficient supporting detail to confirm that it is accurate, complete, and not misleading as required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Account in question : Date opened : XX/XX/year> Status : Paid, Closed Original balance : {$190.00} Highest balance : Not reported The tradeline is missing complete account data elements that are typically required to properly verify the accuracy and completeness of a collection account reporting.

I am filing a complaint against several debt collection agencies for what appears to be ongoing violations of federal consumer protection laws. After formally disputing the alleged debts and requesting proper validation, the companies did not provide sufficient proof that I am legally responsible for these accounts. They failed to produce key documents such as original agreements, ownership records, account histories, or evidence of their authority to collect. Despite this, collection efforts and credit reporting activity may have continued without proper verification. This raises concerns about potential violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, including failure to validate debts and use of misleading or unfair practices, as well as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, particularly regarding the accuracy and investigation of reported information.

I requested validation of this debt and received documentation that contains conflicting and unclear balance information. The XXXX final bill lists a total of {$220.00}, yet also states a total amount due of {$770.00}, without any itemized breakdown or explanation for the difference. Because the amounts are inconsistent and unsupported, the balance being reported can not be verified as accurate. Despite this, the account continues to be reported on my credit report. I am requesting that this account either be properly validated with a full itemized breakdown and clear explanation of all charges, or deleted from all credit reporting agencies
