I asked this company to revoke ACH on my account and I was told in chat that it would be taken care of. They did not honor this request. This caused me to be overdrawn on my bank account from taking {$200.00} and {$69.00}. I then requested again and asked for an email confirmation. I have been told they will take care of it and it still appears to not be done. They should have my email on file from when I had applied with them in the first place. I have disputed the recent charges with my bank but still think it is worth it to report them.

XXXX constantly denies me. I need my money back. Its a whole type of situation different transactions that I have complaint about it still didnt get that done or settled.…
I am submitting a complaint regarding repeated suspicious lending and inquiry activity associated with my personal identifying information. On or about XX/XX/year>, online lending inquiries appeared through XXXX XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX using inconsistent identifying information associated with me, including a false date of birth that does not belong to me. These inquiries appeared despite prior fraud concerns and security measures. This is not an isolated incident. Similar suspicious inquiry activity has appeared repeatedly throughout XXXX and appears connected to unauthorized or fraudulent use of my personal identifying information. I previously contacted the companies directly regarding these concerns and requested investigation and preservation of records, including application data, IP logs, device identifiers, linked phone numbers, linked email addresses, and timestamps.…
On Monday XX/XX/year>, I sent a written request to XXXX XXXX to Revoke authorization to debit my account automatically and that I would make other arrangements to pay the debt. They declined to comply and tried to take the funds out earlier than the due date of Friday. When the account was first set up, I set my communications preferences to not be contacted via phone call, but on Thursday, they called me and left a voice mail. I then sent a written request on XX/XX/year> to stop calling me. They sent an email that I shouldn't get any more calls. ( the request was to include not calling my, my family, or my place of employment ). Then today I get a call from them again after my written request to cease and desist.
I took out a {$400.00} loan in XXXX from a company called My Full Wallet. Since then, I have made multiple payments totaling nearly {$1000.00}. However, the company said that only about {$10.00} from each payment has been applied to the principal, and the rest has gone toward excessive interest charges. As a result, they are stating that I still owe around {$300.00} of the original loan, despite the significant amount I have already paid. This means that after several months of consistent payments, my balance has barely decreased. I believe this is an unfair and abusive lending practice, as the payments are not meaningfully reducing the principal and the interest charges appear to be extremely high and unreasonable.
Company Name : XXXX XXXX ( as stated by caller ) Phone Numbers Used : ( XXXX ) XXXX and XXXX Complaint : I am filing a complaint regarding unlawful debt collection practices by an entity identifying itself as XXXX XXXX. On or about XX/XX/2026, I received a voicemail from ( XXXX ) XXXX instructing me to call back at XXXX regarding a payroll deduction for an unspecified employee. The message was vague, did not clearly identify the company, and referenced inconsistent reference numbers. Shortly after contacting me, this entity also contacted my employer directly. During that communication, they claimed there was a wage garnishment or payroll deduction related to me and requested employer involvement. They further sent my employer a copy of an alleged payday/tribal loan agreement. However, I have never been served with any lawsuit, court summons, or legal notice, and I am not aware of any judgment against me. There is no court order authorizing any wage garnishment.…
I contacted Explore Credit on XX/XX/year>, requesting that my account be closed and that I be provided with a lump-sum payoff amount so I could resolve the balance. The company responded with a payoff amount but did not address my request to close the account. Instead, they indicated that the payoff amount increases daily due to interest. I followed up multiple times asking for clarification, including why the account could not be closed and whether I could pay off the balance without continued interest accrual. I also asked why my request to close the account had not been processed. These questions were not directly addressed. At this time, the account remains open, and interest continues to accrue daily, increasing the total amount owed while the company delays or avoids processing my closure request.…
I have already filed a complaint against Explore Credit this past XXXX and it was closed. In the response from Explore Credit it says that I no longer owe the debt because it was discharged in bankruptcy. They even include my bankruptcy case number. Today I received a text message that I needed to start paying because of an agreement I signed prior to bankruptcy. Thankfully I knew that this was wrong and they were illegally trying to collect money from me. They broke a federal law because they take advantage of people who do not know any better. I was harassed for months after I filed bankruptcy and was waiting for discharge. The harassment only stopped because I filed a complaint with CFPD. This has been an ongoing issue that hasnt really been resolved because they waited until they thought enough time had passed for me to fall for this illegal action.
On XXXX2/2026 they sent the following email attached to our companies general mail box saying they have a wage assignment and needto provide information. I have never taken out a predatory loan as I have great credit and always go through my banking institution. I have sent them a cease and desist letter that they have failed to honor
I am reaching out to you today during an extraordinarily challenging and distressing time for my family. My beloved son recently sustained a severe skull fracture, an unforeseen and traumatic event that has profoundly impacted our lives. The focus of our world has shifted entirely to his recovery and well-being. While we are incredibly grateful for the urgent and expert medical care he has received, which has been crucial for his immediate stabilization and ongoing treatment, the resulting financial strain has become an overwhelming burden. The costs associated with his emergency care, specialized procedures, and anticipated rehabilitation are substantial and far exceed my capacity to manage them. This unexpected medical debt has placed immense pressure on our family, compounding the emotional anguish of seeing my child endure such a serious injury.…
I am reporting Enable Loans for providing false and conflicting justifications for credit denial. On XX/XX/year>, I received a formal Adverse Action Notice claiming my application was 'Incomplete ' and that bank statements were not provided. However, on the same day, representative XXXX XXXX sent an email stating that a 'thorough review ' was conducted on my 'income, discretionary spending, and monthly expenses. ' The company is issuing 'Incomplete Application ' notices as a pretext to avoid their legal obligations, while their internal staff admits they had access to the data. This is a deceptive business practice designed to close out consumer inquiries without providing the accurate 'Statement of Specific Reasons ' required by XXXX XXXX
Email received to my employer regarding payroll deduction for supposed debt owed. Email was sent from an apex servicing and requesting information be sent to a valley servicing email. Valley servicing was called and provided reference number was given. Debt collector gave my name back. Debt collector unable to verify and pull up account with my correct birth date and last XXXX of social. Collector unable to give any information or pull up account. Debt collection number is XXXX. I am unaware of this company.I have never received anything in the mail from them, never been served papers from court officials, nor do I know anything regarding this supposed debt. They obviously have the wrong person is my correct information does not match what is one file.
I took out a {$750.00} loan and have already paid {$750.00}, exceeding the principal. Despite this, I am still being required to continue payments due to excessive interest charges ( over 600 % APR ). This is causing financial hardship and appears to be a predatory lending practice.
I was pre-approved for {$1200.00}. I sent in XXXX bank statements from a business account and a screenshot of earnings from XXXX. They set up an account for me and I signed all loan documents. They said to call them because they had issues with my info. During the call, they informed me they can not go forward with loan after I signed loan documents due to the fact it was a " business account '' i am willing to share screenshots
I applied for a loan with Enable Loans ( Application # XXXX and # XXXX ) and was denied. I received an Adverse Action Notice that failed to provide the specific reasons for denial, instead directing me to contact the company. I attempted to contact them via the email provided in their own letter ( XXXX ), but the email was returned as 'Address not found ' ( see attached ). I also called the number provided and was unable to reach a representative who could provide the legally required disclosures. This is a violation of Regulation B, which requires creditors to provide specific reasons for denial upon request.
On XX/XX/year>, I received an Adverse Action Notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX. The notice states that my application was denied based on information from a consumer reporting agency. However, the letter lists the Agency Name, Address, and Phone Number as 'N/A. ' This is a direct violation of FCRA 615, which requires creditors to disclose the identity of the reporting agency. Because of this 'N/A ' disclosure, I have been unable to exercise my right to a free credit report and unable to dispute any inaccurate data.
I had a bad situation and got a {$500.00} loan. They've been taking money from my bank account, sometimes twice a paycheck. These guys have been putting me into more debt, and it was only {$500.00}. I looked to see how far I was from paying them off, and I found out I'd already paid them over {$2000.00}! I called and asked ( because I'm struggling ), " Can we stop payments and call it even? '' No, they couldn't even do a 50 % cut. This is very unfair, and they're taking advantage of someone who is barely making it.
I took out a payday loan with Enable Loans in XXXX of XXXX. I later sent emails revoking all ACH and EFT Authoizations, as well as all Voluntary Wage Assignments. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, their affiliate, XXXX XXXX, has sent fraudulent and unenforceable wage demands to my employer twice. I have sent multiple emails to both companies asking them to cease and desist all communications with my employer, and those demands have been ignored.

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unlawful lending agreement presented as a tribal loan. I dispute the validity and enforceability of this loan. The lender is not licensed to operate in my state and is attempting to use tribal affiliation to evade state lending laws, including interest rate caps, licensing requirements, and consumer protection statutes. The terms of this loan include excessive and unlawful interest rate of 897.62 % that would not be permitted under my states laws. I did not provide informed or lawful consent to an agreement that violates applicable lending regulations. Any authorization obtained was based on misleading or noncompliant disclosures. Additionally, this lender has engaged in improper practices, including [ unauthorized ACH withdrawals/ repeated debits / harassment / failure to provide clear loan terms adjust as applicable ].…
I began receiving frequent calls and messages from Explore Credit regarding an account. The contact attempts have occurred multiple times per day, often backtoback, and have continued even after I asked the company to limit communication and provide clear information about the debt and the amount owed. I attempted to resolve the matter by requesting verification and clarification, but I either received incomplete information or no meaningful response. Because the repeated contact has continued without proper validation or a clear explanation of the account, I am submitting this complaint so the matter can be reviewed.
I recieved a loan from XXXX XXXX in XXXX however after realizing their predatory practices and illegal actions, I advised them that the contract was void and to cease contacting me. Two years later and they continue to attempt to contact me on an illegal loan despite me asking them to stop calling.
Dakota Funding Group is attempting to collect a debt that is legally void under California law due to their lack of a state license. Furthermore, they are engaging in abusive collection practices by ignoring a formal legal notice to stop electronic communications. They have sent XXXX ( XXXX ) automated collection messages after being legally barred from doing so. This persistent contact constitutes harassment. They are also misrepresenting the legal status of the debt by claiming I have an obligation to pay a contract that is void under XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I believe this company is a 'rent-a-tribe ' operation attempting to evade consumer protections.
I signed up for a loan put in all my personal information but after realizing Im being scammed
XX/XX/year> XXXX has withdrawn a huge amount of {$970.00} from my bank account without my authorization. This amount has caused a financial problem. The original loan amount borrowed {$250.00} on XXXX XXXX. And XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX.
I'm a victim of identity theft and I'm permanently XXXX as well. Someone with my personal information applied for a loan in my name and it was approved and sent to my bank account with my knowledge. When I noticed the money was in my account at the time I didn't think to check and see where the new account balance came from. With my XXXX, I know I would never give noone consent to apply for anything or loans in my name at all.

I obtained an online installment loan from WLCC Lending MFT, doing business as Merit Financial Trust, in XX/XX/2025. The loan amount was {$900.00} and the loan agreement discloses an APR of approximately XXXX XXXX. The repayment schedule required biweekly payments of approximately {$280.00}. According to my bank records, the lender deposited {$900.00} into my account on XX/XX/2025. Since then, the lender has withdrawn approximately {$280.00} every XXXX weeks through XXXX withdrawals from my bank account. As of now, I have paid approximately {$2500.00} toward this loan, which is nearly XXXX times the original amount borrowed. Despite having paid this substantial amount, the lender continues to request additional payments and states that a balance remains. I attempted to obtain my payment history and account details from the lenders website, but the system would not allow me to access the records.…
On XX/XX/year> XXXX debited a payment from my bank account. The funds were successfully withdrawn from my account, which I can verify through my bank records. However, XXXX later informed me that their system does not show that they received the payment. Despite the fact that the money has already been taken from my account, they told me that I must wait for the bank to return the funds before the payment can be processed again. This situation appears to be the result of an internal processing error on the companys side, yet I am the one being impacted. Because the payment was removed from my account, those funds are no longer available to me. At the same time, the company is still treating the payment as unpaid and indicated that I may incur additional interest or penalties while waiting for the issue to be resolved.…
